*Many questions can be answered by looking at the specific model page listed under "All Bikes", on our FAQ page or by reviewing the product specific Manual. Please have a look at these pages before sending your message as this can often be the fastest way to get the information you need. If your questions aren't answered by this website, please don't hesitate to reach out!


*For warranty/crash replacement claims please contact the dealer or distributor you purchased the frame from so they can assist you. Banshee will only process warranty claims through a dealer or distributor.


*Sponsorship requests are only considered between September 1st and October 31st. Please apply during this period. Factory sponsorship is extremely limited, so also consider sending your proposal to your local dealer or distributer for possible regional opportunities. Most grassroots/ambassador level requests are better suited for a dealer or distributer as Banshee Bikes prefers to structure all grassroots/ambassador sponsorships through a local dealer/distributer.
